The a330 is the same as the a320 but with 32mb more ram, a new case and worse buttons. ;) I would prefer the a320, but the letcool seems very nice, too. With dingoo there is almost no twoplayer and thats what causing the real fun.

The A320 is still the pick of the bunch right now. A330 has some early issues that hold it back. The Letcool is great for the two player aspect, it has great potential but whether it's realized only time will tell. When the A330 was launched there was talk of a 128meg ram version to follow. Perhaps the hardware issues will be ironed out by then and it could be a nice unit.

Well i have already had the dingoo a320 and i installed ligux on it i found the screen use to strain my eyes to small and they looked very cheaply made the newer ones so i sold it.And now i bought the new letcool and it really is cool feels great in the hand for those of you still stuck on the dingoo let it go trust me the letcool is much better now that i have been playing with it for a few days and i would never go back to dingoo. We need more support for this device so  come on you hardcore coders start coding something we can play on our great handheld i really enjoy playing doom on mine flys like a rocket i have also put a nice collection of MD games on there to.I would really like for quake to be working could not get it to work on my device do i need a wad for quake or not or is the download of the bin file all in one?.Well if you want to read my mini review of the letcool n350jp look on chinavasion i reviewed it first on there and hope people take more notice of it and alot of people buy this great device.

I only own a generic spmp8000, not letcool and never had any dingoo too.

As for me, my device has 4.3" screen so when I considering of buying A320, I thought 2.8" is just too small. Still A320 is have better software and emulator support and I only will consider of buying it if ONLY I really want to get the best game experience. Since I'm not much of gamer, I don't want to waste much money on this. Maybe later if I really want to play it, but by that time maybe there're better device and SPMP8000 could be quite good by then.

I'll try to make comparison. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
1) 4.3" Generic SPMP8000 - Cheapest of all at $59 with free shipping, GBA and SNES emu sucks, big screen but widescreen at 4.3", 16mb ram.
2) 3.5" Letcool - Mid range price at $74+Free Ship, Dual-player support with gamepad, GBA and SNES emu sucks, middle size screen and good resolution for emulator, 32mb ram.
3) 2.8" A320 - Mid range price at $83+Free Ship, great support for software and emu, smaller size screen but good screen aspect for gaming, 32mb ram.
4) 2.8" A330 - Higher range price at $115+FreeShip, should work with Dingux, smaller size screen but good screen aspect for gaming, 64mb ram.

Also, you might want to consider some other thing like battery life, processor, digital camera, video codec and more.

If you budget allow you, just go for the best which is I don't know.

A320. The A330 is just a knock-off with a new case and more RAM, and we don't know alot about the Letcool yet, it could get better if we could get linux running on it.

A330 for me. (I haven't tried the Letcool. It sounds like a weakling on paper, though. And I don't have any friends, so the whole 2 player thing is useless to me).

The A330's A/B/X/Y buttons are not great, but once you get them broken in it really isn't too much of an issue. So, once you are past that, the A330 is better in every way. The only real reason to get the A320 over the A330 is the much cheaper price. I really wish they'd lower the A330 price by about 10 or so dollars. $112 just doesn't seem quite worth it.

Derp. I see we have forgotten about the useful shoulder buttons and nicer LCD? The wireless controller is also very useful to some people, you know.

The LCD on A320 is perfect. Shoulder buttons looks better on the A330, but you don't really use those much anyway. The wireless controller (for me) is useless, why would you need a wireless controller for a portable device?

:-\ Then you obviously haven't compared the screens side by side in person.

PFffFFfffFft. You kidding me? Maybe YOU don't use them.

It's useless for me too. But some people use it mostly at home anyway, where they might as well hook it up to a tv, where a separate wireless controller is pretty useful.

I dont like the A320 LCD, seems that is a vertical used as a horizontal screen. the colors change from eye to eye, if you handle it close.
Now i can even look at the screen because that ******* charger kill my dingoo, after less than 2 weeks of use...

@ Jesse

Which LCD type did you have for your A-320?  Was it the 9325 or the 9331?

I have said it before and going to say it again for those of you who havent bought the letcool device you really need to use it to believe it trust me it blows away the a320 and a330 BIGGER SCREEN. its based on the very sucessfull ds design so it looks and feels great. The best part is that it uses the nokia BL5C battrey amazing whick you can buy for peanuts of ebay very cheap what will you do when your a320 and a330 battrey goes faulty or starts to loose its charge over time i know i will just swap the battrey in 2 sceconds with another one.And also for those that are using the A330 they are not the official ones they are cheap copys dingoo has not officially released the device as of yet soon to be released so if yours is falling apart or feels cheaply built dont blame us.

I think that the smaller screen of the A320 Dingoo is a pro. It makes the Dingoo small, lightweight and there fore ultra portable. I use it a an MP3 player too. i don't see me doing that w/ the LetCool.

And as for now: Dingux and the super perfect support of every 2D emulator ever devised by man makes the Dingoo win it from every competitor. Until Linux for LetCool (LetCLux? CoolTux?) is developed, that is... And as a bonus, some 3D (!!) PSone games run on Dinux  pretty good (be it without sound). See for instance this topic.

Love the A320 - great buttons, form factor and emulation. Good bang for buck too.

The Letcool does intrigue me but with no arcade emulators (CPS1, CPS2, Neo-Geo, Mame) I lose interest.

P.S. How about LetCool's battery usage? Might that be a big pro for the LetCool?
