Okay, i tested SNES emulation with second gamepad.
It's not just you problem, it's a emulation problem.
I found a workin version of super bomberman.
Attached. Just change extension to smc.

PS: if you have troubles with another rooms - just try [f] rooms, they are fixed for better emulation.

By the way the rom of super bomberman you talked about worked fine for me
but only the first super bomberman
the others even ther [f] versions continued with the problem 
i hoope you come back here after they banned you ...
