I also ported picodrive with better scaling.
Horizonal scaling is not implemented yet. Both sides of the screen are cropped.

You should post the source code too so this can be recompiled with irixxx's upcoming MIPS32 JIT for the Sega 32X and faster SVP emulation.
Did not give it a try a yet though : i assume that you are handling 256x224/240 separately ?

@drowsnug  Do you have a github repository? If you're going to be doing work for the RS-90, a dedicated spot I can send people to for your software would be helpful. :)

now i ported from irixxx's source , and 32x emulation runs a little better.
It is playable but not runs smooth.
