Hey all,
My RS-90 has a loose USB port and will not charge, anyone ever fixed one that can advise ? I have a soldering iron but I have never used it lol
Is it hard to do?
Anything I should watch out for ?
Should I just bin it ?
Thanks

Sounds like a great opportunity to try it out - I mean, what do you have to lose (if the alternative is throwing the entire device away).
There should be a lot of videos on how to desolder and resolder usb connectors on youtube.

Mine also does this, it will charge but the port is temperamental, it's the connections inside as I've already reflowed the pins which didn't solve the issue. A generic battery charger like this will work, I have two batteries in rotation anyway:

If anybody finds a suitable port then please post it here.
