Title: Gambatte rs90 port demo

I don't know how to debug my port on Opendingux now, so this port has many performance issues. Sorry.

WARNING: The current program has a lot of performance issues, and may not be optimized.

Different from alpha1:

restore border, ghost keep closing in default
reduce audio quality for better performance
open yuv
RS90 is running at the latest night build (http://od.abstraction.se/opendingux/latest/rs90-update-2021-04-17.opk)

Test some demo in 420Mhz:

Badapple: 58~ fps
Mental Respirator: buggy(same as all gambatte core?), 40~ fps in some scenes (one scene is still only 20~ fps)
butterfly: buggy(same as other rg devices?), 40~ fps
Is that a demo in your pocket: 60~ fps

    - replace some config from gcw0 to rs90
    - remove scale config, force 1x scale in 240x160 screen
    - close border and ghost in default

add the scale option and it will look great  :)
