Yo,
snes2600 merged some fixes for libretro-handy, and i brought them to my fork too.
Here are the changes :
- A fix for the flickering in Road Blasters.
- Fix for the laughing spider in Gates of Zendocon.
- Other fixes for Warbirds and Ms. Pac-man.
- EEPROM fixes. I need to check this properly though.

Many thanks to snes2600 for the upstream fixes.
It's also a fair amount smaller and runs faster.
It's so fast in fact you can downclock it to 528 Mhz and it will still run at 60FPS.

UPDATE: Tested update and button configs are saving and loading perfect now, could not get 3-D Crazy Coaster (1983) to work and a few others but Pole Postion works so i'm happy.
Yeah the 3-D games don't even work on the libretro core either. So don't expect them to be fixed.

I don't know what exactly changed in this release but now the music in all the games that I tried is really terrible and full of weird noises (California Games, Chip's Challenge, Gates of Zendocon...). Do you have a link to download old versions?

Turns out the fix for Gates's laugh broke the audio in some way. I'll revert the change and release a fixed version.

Alright, i fixed Handy again by reverting the Gates of Zendocon fix. So sadly, you won't hear his laugh anymore...
However, it still includes the other fixes (namely the Roadblasters and Ms.pacman fixes).

I have updated SMS Plus GX, here are the changes :
Code: [Select]
- Fixed save states crashes that could happen in some cases in Sonic 2.
Note that older save states might still be affected.
This was fixed by upgrading GCC from 9.1 to 9.2.
9.1 was really an awful release i must tell you.

- Added an input configuration setting.

As usual, grab the new IPK from my first post.

EDIT: Actually it did not fix the crash issue as it was unrelated and would only affect zipped roms.
So in the meantime, don't use zipped roms.
