If anyone needs a case for their Coolboy/Retrogame RS-97, I stumbled across the "DS Lite Psyclone Lite-Sleeve" on Ebay, which fits like it was designed for the RS-97! Only $2.99 shipped too.

Good stuff! :) They want to charge me $17 shipping to my country so I'm not gonna buy it. However I assume any DS lite case I can find closer to home would suit the RS-97 so thanks.

Shame that the same case is not available in your country. Many DS Lite cases may fit however as long as they aren't properly form fitting or a hard case. My daughters old DS Lite is shorter in length but wider and about the same thickness, so I took a risk on the Psyclone case since it made of Neoprene, so a bit stretchy anyway. The Psyclone case turned out to be longer anyway so fit the RS-97's extra length well.

This looks like the same case to me, available in Europe, but more expensive than here in the US:

Have you come across any replacement shells for the RS-97? Rose Colored Gaming did a really cool series of Revo K101 case mods a few years back and with the growing popularity of this device, I think it's just a matter of time until these shells start popping up in different colors.

I haven't seen any, but I must admit I'm not very keen on the clear case, would prefer something that looks more retro.

Been using a 3DS leather case for mine, the official Executive Case by PowerA which you can find on eBay for about ?4. A bit chunkier than a pouch but offers more protection. DS cases are handy as you can store spare batteries in the cartridge holders and keep a slimline screwdriver in the stylus loop.

I ordered https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Joytech-DS-Lite-Tech-Pack-Nintendo-DS-NDS-with-Cases-Stylus-Car-Charger-Black/191429475391 last week and I'll have it Monday morning. Will give more feedback then if desired.

I know none of the accessories are of any use but I think the case, made by Joytech, might be good quality. Think I had a Joytech PS2 portable monitor back in the day.

It's too small! Save your money!

This inexpensive case made for portable hard drives is the perfect size. It holds the RS-97 securely and has room to carry the cable and some other small things w/o them making contact with the console or screen:

There is a channel on Youtube called DIYgamemodz that shows several cases and in the group of fb of the same it seems to be that they sell them
