Most fun NES game for Single Player or Co Op?

Aside from Mario Brothers 3, that just looked damn nice.
For my Single Player submission, it's  "Felix the Cat" by Hudson soft hands freaking down. I ran into that game by accident back in 97' just damned fun game.

More fun I had with co op would have to be "Indy Heat", or maybe "Tecmo Football" (and I hate sports games in general but damn it was fun). With Indy Heat me and my nephew would block/kick/set fire to the star of the game Danny Sullivan's ass because he would cheat SOOOOOOO bad, had like unlimited Nitro Boosts, or kick him out of the pit early to give an end game chance during the last laps.
TAKE THAT DANNY SULLIVAN!

Nintendo World Cup. Basically River City Ransom guys playing football (soccer for you Americans). Simple, unrealistic but fun to play with friends especially four players.

Sounds like the 2 games that showed me sports games CAN be fun.
Namely NBA JAM, and NFL BLITZ

OMG North and South, that game KICKED ASS. I know what you mean how is it co op when Player 1 and Player 2 have the sole option of kicking eachothers ass but HOLY FING NUTSACK BATMAN it so owns games like Risk in the aspect that you have actual battle scenarios on several different fields of battle PLUS the added chance to take it to the man via the "STEAL THE TRAIN" parts of the game. Dude I am so getting me a copy of that on my Dingoo. XD

Single Player: Rygar

Co-op: Monster In my Pocket

Goal! Goal! (Goal! 2) is also fun for solo, vs or co-op. And Contra Force is hated by Contra fans but I enjoyed it (too much lag though)
