Good device for emulator games?

What's in your mind? What do you think is good gaming device for emulating retro games? I think jxd s7800b is not bad, but not the best one.

If you're searching for android then the jxd 7800b is amazing. If you are searching for any other system, probably GCW-Zero is your best choice unless you want to fork over $600 for an openpandora

GPD XD+ 64bit CPU+android 7.0, most emulators for android work on it;
GPD Win2,win10 handheld with CoreM i3,most emulators for win64 work on it and even STEAM GAMES!!
