Maybe gcw0-toolchain is 32bit and ubuntu is only 64bit. Have you checked if installed libc6-32bit?

Hi, thanks for your help.

Yes, i have libc6-32bit (libc6-i386, right ?). My modified gwc0 toolchain for 64bits that can be found in this topic:
https://boards.dingoonity.org/gcw-development/gcw-zero-toolchain-on-windows-using-wsl/

Do you know what should i use to recompile instead of ubuntu (wsl if possible) ? i'm a complete noob on this, i'm trying to modifiy pcsx4all in order to have frame limiter @ 60 fps for pal game (patched pal to ntsc games). So i am trying to compile the original tonyjih pcsx4all to see if it's doable.

Thanks to gameblabla, i finally managed to compile something and to make running FF7 Pal patched to NTSC at 60/60 fps.
But still, analog and digital directional control is not working at all. X, square, triangle, circle are working but i can't move. And the power button doesn't open the menu. I only can change screen ratio with power button + circle.

Any idea ?
I'm using the gameblabla's sources https://github.com/gameblabla/pcsx4all_rs97_rg350

If someone want to try to compile pcsx4all with my modified file for frame limiter, it would be a great help. Here is the file, it's psxcommon.h in /src:
