Laggy analogue sticks with psx4all

Recently bought the rg350 and Trying to play medal of honor on the ps1 emulator but the movement is jerky. Turning, aiming and walking is stuttering, i turn ataround 35 degree angles and croshairs move in around 0.5cm intervals
Is there a setting to stop this? Sometimes the game runs fine but its mostly like this. The fps is at 60 so its not like the machine is slowing it down
I dont get whats causing it

You must turn off vibration function in game options. Psx4all have issues with vibro and controlls in some games, such as MOH, Ready 2 Rumble 2, Spyro 1, Jinx...
