Author Topic: Can't access to internal TF card (no driver, Filezilla doesn't detect  (Read 5395 times)

According to manual included to device, driver should be automatically installed. Well, it doesn't, I'm having only RNDIS/Ethernet Gadget with error icon (in devices manager), I can't find ANYWHERE G350.inf mentioned in manual.

And of course it's not detected in any way by my computer.

Is anyone has mentioned G350.inf file (or other solution for my problem), I would be incredibly grateful.

Edit: Ok, I've found driver and I'm able to access internal TF, but all folders seems to be... empty, I can't find configure file for dosbox for example (in fact any folder which would suggest dosbox is there).

Make sure you have "view hidden files' turned on in whatever client you're using to access the files.

My problem isn't the drivers, they're installed. My pc rarely recognizes the device but it randomly disconnects if I can manage to get in. Mostly, I just can't get in at all. On a few occasions, it continually disconnects so much that it causes my ps to restart. I've tried the original card, a new card, the original cable, a new cable, disabling firewall and anti-viiruse. I've used winscp, just plane old windows.... always the same result.

I came to this thing from the LDK, it was SOOO much easier to manipulate and transfer files. I kind of hate the RG350 because of this.

If anyone has any ideas on how to resolve or move forward please let me know.

I also had problems connecting the RG-350 to a PC (tried on Windows 7 and 10).

It always told me the driver installation failed (even though the RNDIS driver is already installed and the GCW0 connects fine).

Then I just used another USB-C cable and it works!  :o

In my case, the supplied cable simply doesn't work.

I've got it turned on, but still most folders are empty.

Only few folders (not counting SD card) have any content at all:
share (OpenBor and XMame)
apps (bunch of opk files, but only them)
etc (probably some configuration files, such as brightness.state or volume.state)

And that's it! I've got nowhere emulator folders, with its content etc.

Ok, now it's extremelly odd... Literally a couple of minutes after I've written this post, folder "home"  showed me all folders with emulators/other stuff. I've got no idea how, but it's here. I've even found dosbox conf file... But it's empty!

Nevertheless, by some bizzare reason issue is solved, although I have no idea, how.

Make sure Filezilla is configured for binary transfers.

The instruction of the device says we need rg350.inf to connect it to ftp. So where can we get it?

I also searched for it a bit, fortunately found it here:

Big Thanks yoshi - exactly the same situation- a new USB-C cable and everything works as it should
