I have an extra RG350 and I'd like to transfer all of my emus, apps, settings, etc -- basically making an exact copy of my current one into the extra one that I have so I can gift it to one of my friends. What is the best way to do this? Can I just copy/paste the contents in the internal micro sd? Or I need a program to copy an imagine of the micro sd contents and transfer it to the other one?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Copying everything will not work, you will have to do it file by file (apps, roms, appdata, etc)

OR

you can make in img file of your SD card, and burn it to a new SD card. To do this, you will have to remove the internal card though.
I haven't tested this program with the RG350, but it works like charm with a Raspberry PI, so I THINK it should work with the RG350 too.
It's called Win32DiskImager
https://sourceforge.net/projects/win32diskimager/

Just make sure not to mix the source and target SD cards.   :)
