Question about Dealextreme

Anyone familiar with DX? I placed an order back in the beginning of February and nothing has arrived. I can't make sense of their order reporting either. Can you understand this?

I reached out to their help desk, but that seems to be going nowhere as well. I created a ticket on the 13th and didn't get the automated response until the 17th. Here it is the 21st and still no response.

Orders can take a few weeks to a few months. When you order from China you should factor in that things can get lost or damaged during transit. Dealextreme is pretty reliable, I wouldn't worry about a scam.

I'm used to China orders taking awhile. This one seems  to be taking longer than I'm used too. Plus their order tracking is a little confusing. The snippet I posted looks like they shipped it twice.



For anyone who was curious, Dx finally responded. They canceled the order for security reasons (whatever that means) and refunded me. Their reporting system sucks apparently and doesn't notify you of what's happening.
