Hey, you're welcome.

Yeah, for that price, you really can't go wrong with having either of them.
Besides speed, you would notice the difference in user interface, but they both will support homebrew about the same.

Oh, yeah, whoa.
I think I have seen that system list of yours before, but I may have fainted from the shock...
Pretty sweet... :)

Yeah, for that price, I would just get them both
Maybe if I had 2 DSs I could justify buying 2 cards. Come to think of it, I have been considering getting a 3DS ever since I got a chance to play Final Fantasy Theatrhythm (a fusion of my 2 favorite genres, RPG and rhythm game, how could I resist). Thanks to Nintendo flooding the market with lite and XL models, you can already find a used 3DS for under $100 quite easily... heh, if my happy little console family keeps growing at this rate, I'm going to run out of room in my sig soon!  :P
My machines:
GBC,GBA,GBA SP,NDS,NGPC,Panasonic FZ-10 3DO,NES,Sega Nomad,Sega CDX w/Power Base Converter,PS1,PS2,PS3,Saturn,Dreamcast,PC (Win 98, XP, 7),Dingoo A320,Dingoo A330,Gemei A330,LetCool N350JP,PAP-GAMETA,GCW-Zero SE,Kyocera Rise,2DS,GP2X-F100,GPD G7,JXD 100,JXD A1000,JXD A3300,JXD F3000,JXD V5000,JXD S7300B,Hyperkin SupaBoy

Currently playing: Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call (2DS)

Better to run out of room in your sig than run out of room at home for all your gear. ha!
I've had to downsize my collections at least a few times.
That's what i love about handhelds. They're small, portable, don't take up much room and you can stockpile them just about anywhere.

Man, i didn't even realize that NitroGrafx supported PCE-CD based games.
Guess i should read the full "read me" files. haha
Anyway, I got Castlevania: Dracula X - Rondo of Blood running and WOW, it's pretty damn near perfect.
The version I got has the redbook audio built-in to the iso, so the experience is very complete.

I know the Chronicles version is on PSP, I have that one too. Rocks...
It's "better", with all those extras, but there's something about being able to play the original on the DSi and 3DS.
Like this "naughty" feeling...ha!

Why they didn't at least re-release Symphony of the Night on the DS is beyond me.
Would've been a perfect setup with the map and sub-menu on the bottom screen...

The same can be said for Super Metroid on DS.
Nintendo needs to consult more of it's game fans for input on what they'd like to see.
Too many great, missed opportunities...

Double post merged

As you can see from my sig, I've already got plenty of options for emulation, what I'm really interested in this is for homebrew. Can't wait to try out Minecraft!   8)

Dude, you weren't kidding.
There's tons of really cool homebrew out there.
It's not too big of a surprise seeing as how the DS family has been around since like 2004 and hasn't really changed too much software-wise until the 3DS was released.
(Almost a decade to play around with.)

Here's pretty good collection of homebrew I just found.
Maybe you're familiar with these, maybe you're not, but I figured i'd post it anyway.
Lots of good stuff...

Get a supercard dstwo. It is the most advanced flashcart so far as it has gba emulation. If you want to play 3ds roms, get a gateway 3ds. I am also a proud member of Gbatemp.net, they have lots of reviews.

The supercard dstwo's cost like $40+ and the gateways aren't stable enough to justify that approximate $100 for one.

Stick with the cheaper, $12 r4i's, at the worst, $12 isn't anything to pine over if they stop supporting the firmware updates and they will always be useful on DSi's, DS Lites and DS fat bois...

Just sayin. :-)
DA320, DTA330, DD/GA330, DMG (modded), MGB (modded), MGL, CGB (modded), GBA, GBA-SP (001 and 101 (custom) w/flashcarts), GB Micro, DS Lite, DSi (custom), 3DS, 3DS-XL (all  w/ flashcarts), PSP (modded), WonderSwan, NeoGeo Pocket Color...PS1, 2, 3 and 4...
