Quick question.

Actually i have been using the 1.6SPECIAL, cause the deep sleep problem, wich one of all have that fix and works on a RockchipT series ?

After reading this forum for literally weeks, I bought at S7800B and really like it. Now for the noob bit :/. I am trying to get this ROM onto my device however once I get to step 5...

Installation:
1. Download Rockchip Batch Tool 1.7: http://www.cloudstor.es/file/m1_OTM0OA/
2. Connect your S7800B to your computer via USB 2.0 (avoid USB 3.0 ports).
3. Power up your device and run the file RKBatchTool.exe (requires administrator) on your computer.
4. You'll note the tool shows a pink color indicating the status (device is connected).
5. Click the "Switch" button and your device will reboot. Install drivers via Device Manager.
6. Press the "Reset" button your device, wait for it to boot up.
7. Again, click the "Switch" button, this time the area above will turn green - programming mode ready (if it doesn't you didn't install the driver).
8. Select the desired flash image file (.img) and press "Restore".

The switch button does not reset my device it just turns it off...I have been trying for an hour and have finally given in and raised my hand..

I AM A NOOB! Help... please.

It appears to turned off but it "switches" to programming mode. At this point, your PC will detect it as a new device and try to install the drivers. You need to install the drivers for the device again (programming mode). Use the drivers included with the rockchip batch tool.

After the driver installation is done, proceed to step 6.

It's been a while since I bought my s7800(t model) and I still use it, love the thing. I've been using your firmware since I bought it and I never had issues so thanks man and keep it up.

I do have a question though, which nand would you recommend? I always use the 6GB nand swap version because I like to have the most space plus I use a 32GB so.. yeah

BUT is there any downside to using 6gb? would the system perform better with 2gb or does it not matter?

Hi, as my first post in this community, I kindly ask to teach me how to solve the right analog stick wrong range issue. I have Tincore mapper installed, and for the purpose I bought the additional module. But no results. What I want is to fix the problem for all the apps (games or whatever) running on the device, not just for the single game.

Hi, I have been using Webclaw rom for a couple of days and I am so far impressed by the stability and performance achieved. However, I would like to increase battery life a little more. Maybe it is that the console is still in the first charging cycles, but I am not very happy with 3 hours.

I am using No Frills at 1.2 Conservative. I switch off wifi as much as I can and I don't have live wallpapers or stupid widgets (only power control).

What else do you do?

deleted phone.apk and telephonyprovider.apk, BUT that means i cant use 3g sticks with my tablet, also i put that wifi is always off during sleep in settings

I purchased a s7800b jxd, and downloads are very slow wifi,
By hdmi to tv, the touch screen goes crazy, it may be a problem of the rom?
that rom has my console? I put some photos.

make sure your hdmi connection is fully seated into the unit.
The adapter I used did not expose enough of the connector to fully seat and I had to trim back the rubber housing by about 1mm

the 7800 has a deep socket.

Hi guys,

When I try to download the ROM using the multiupload URL, the site forces me to download some iLividSetup BS to download the ROM (there is no direct ROM download). Is that what I should expect ? Is there a direct link to this ROM somewhere too ? I'd rather not download an executable for the machine to download a ROM if it can be avoided!

Thanks - is there another latest version for Supercharged that I can download from elsewhere ? I've heard about v2 and v3 + a much simpler installation process.
