JXD7800b Storage

Hi Guys,
First post, go easy on me!
Had my 7800b for a while now, but never really used it to its potential.
Wanting to get an angled USB OTG to increase storage, but wanting to know whether you can use USB and microSD storage at the same time?
Also, is there a limit to the size of the flash drive?

All sorted. Bought a right angled usb otg, and a 128gb flash drive. So now I've got a 64gb sd card and the flash drive storage. Plenty of space now
