for most emulators id recommend installing retroarch which will do all ur older systems and arcade systems. For nds and psp u can find the emulators in the playstore ppsspp and drastic.

Haven't tried it, don't see why it wouldn't work though.

The *oid series has netplay but most of them are inaccurate
I hear the netplay is buggy but there seems to be precious few emulators that support netplay on android which is ironically a mobile os.

If anyone finds a free GBC and GBA emulator with netplay let me know I'd love to get some pokemon fights going.

the .Emu seem to be accurate and is my preferred series of emulators for older consoles.
They also do not blur the image by default which is nice because I don't like filtering (usually)..
the .EMU's cost money.. yet there is a "free" version which seems to be no different in playstore.
Im not sure if someoen has ripped off the app's or if the paid ones are just to show support or what.

Snes9x is good for SNES.. although SNESoid is less demanding.. I can run snesoid with the CPU set way down to like 500/800mhz.

Retroarch has some very nice PS1 emulation but I found the interface difficult to use and couldn't get the buttons setup quite right, I really wish there was a standalone version of the PS1 emulation in my limited testing it is top notch.
Retroarch has been removed from the playstore over a bogus DMCA claim, the author is trying to get it reinstated, there is a netplay retroarch still in google store though.. you can sideload retroarch I don't have the website handy but just google it.

for mame I have been using mame4droid .37 romset version.. for some reason I can't get some games to play they just crash out to launcher.

However the games that it does play it plays well and with less demand then other mame/android apps.

Joe I used clrmamepro and merged all the files.
Most are usually split files and don't work correctly with mame4droid so just used the merge facility.
You may have to download a data file for the 0.37.

Try this:
http://codekiem.com/2013/02/13/market-helper/
or
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.scheffsblend.devicespoof&hl=en

These "spoof" Google Play into thinking your device is a different model than what it actually is.

Try this link. Its from the Oficial JXD Response 1.4ghz thread about something else, but on this same chinese page is the app for happychick as well. Its the one that says "Gamecenter Xaioji". Forgive me if i misspelled that.

Be careful if you use device spoofer. It changes your build.prop file and if you don't follow the directions exactly you may end up with an issue. It's not a hard brick but I have had it crash on me and put me in a boot loop.
This is my deep signature. Thank you.

See if you can get MK2 or MK3 to load using mame4droid .37
Im pretty sure it's not my rom set.

Where does Happy Chick store the games you download? Like DS games for Drastic? I tried exploring but just found the games that came with it.

In a folder called xiaoji on the system partition.

Anyone use SuperGNES? I like the dropbox feature and the compatibility seems good, it's what I've used for a while on my phone.
