the specs look strangely similar to S601.... well besides the screen resolution and size... and missing select button

I wonder if we will be able to get ICS on the S601 with some simple modifications.... hmmm

Why that doesn't have own style, why they all look like knock off's. That would be sooo embarrassing to explain someone that this is not a sony console

Processor an mali400 are the same. In the s7100B thet also used this and firmware is almost identcal. So may be there's a chance for Android 4.0 in the s601.

I wouldn't be embarressed I would say look I paid $100 and have thousands upon thousands of games available for free it still look stylish. Sony can suck it.

They will probably release two firms, one with android 2.3 and other with 4.0, as they did with s9000 and s7600.

What is cool is L/R buttons like the JXD s601 AND Compacitive screen like the JXD S7100- the one thing I dislike about the JXD s601/v5200 is resistive screen. What sucks is it wont fit in the Vita case.

I emailed them to order one. They tried to sell me the other model. This one comes out in May. I'm getting it then.

http://www.ubergizmo.com/2012/04/jxd-s5110-android-tablet/ here is an article about the device. JXD pulled the information off of their site, my guess is they are trying to squeeze out more sales from the inferior V5200 that was just released. The s5110 is coming out really soon though.

The YDPG18A that is now on willgoo looks almost identical.

well the camera does not add much imo, hmm listed as having BOXCHIP A10 1.2GHz( can be flashed up to 1.5GHz)
same chip as the current yinlips no ? does anybody a Yinlip and have you got it up to 1.5ghz ?.
all the videos of have seen of both the current JXD and yinlips the performance is around the same, but of course
there was the sound lag issues on the yinlips.

would be interesting to compare a YDPG18A and JXD s5110, when there both out , even just stuff
like build quality and which has better buttons would be cool to know ,but again i doubt there is much
between them.

Only 10 bucks higher than Y G16, but for a handheld a lot better (on paper) ?
