Cant root my JXDS7800B

I'm a noob at this but I run Super One Click, then this pops up



and it says not responding. Any help appreciated.

Yes, update to the 1.1.4 firmware and it's already properly rooted.

Yeah, aren't all recent s7800b devices rooted from the factory already??, mine came with SuperSU installed on it which I believed that to mean that it had already been rooted!, is that correct?

I couldn't get folder mount working the tablet kept saying checking for root? That's why I thought it wasn't rooted. Does anyone have a link/instruction for the 1.1.4 firmware download/
