One thing I would like to hear is if anyone has experience of resellers who actually do provide support, even if it's just sending replacement parts out for free. I think the first one to do that will most likely get a lot of our money in the future and the others not so much, after all you only find out how good or bad a company is when things go wrong and they have to step up to the mark. Pretty sure replacement screens sent via China post wouldn't cost much (maybe even free from JXD or whoever supplies them consoles) so it would be a small outlay for a big reputation boost.
I think the whole trusted reseller thing wasn't really earned, they just have a company rep on here who is pretty active when new products are for sale, I would hope that no more of those accolades are handed out until a company shows they support their customers and back up their promises.
Maybe there should be a sticky somewhere on the site which explains the possible implications of buying from overseas and what sort of guarantees you are likely to have, along with a list of sellers who do and don't provide adequate customer support. It would be beneficial for new users as well as maybe coaxing some resellers to actually do something about shipping faulty products.
