VT168 Emulator for RS07/RS90/RS97
« on: August 29, 2019, 06:13:52 pm »
Hello, today i will present a emulator based on the VT168 Hardware
The VT168 Hardware is a Hardware for the rare Wii clones, Such as the Miwi
and this Emulator was made by a British Programmer called Dave Shah.
But he did not allowed me the Suggestion for a RS07/RS90/RS97 Emulator  :(
Luckily have i found the Source Code for the emulator, and i will post it right here:
https://github.com/daveshah1/openvtx

The emulator sounds like it is poorly emulating the devices anyway...
But it sounds doable. Not sure how fast it's going to be though.

it is a big joy, that you think, that this is possible.
can you go ahead, and program it one day?

Nope, as i said not going to do that because it seems to be barely working at all.
Why do you want me to port something that can barely emulate the machine ?

Kind of like someone asking for a port of Orbital to another platform even though it barely emulates the PS4.

what?
i thought you would do it, because you said, it is doable.
actually, the PC Version DOES run, but very very slow
okay, i'll throw that request then away  ???
it would be nice, if you at least port nintendulator with VT03/VT09 to the pap k3 plus or rs90

Now first of all, Nintendulator is very CPU intensive and likely won't run smoothly enough for your needs.
In fact, Fceux does not even run that smoothly anyway...

Did the libretro FCEU Ultra port add VT03 support ?
