Not sure what that means, but the console is hilarious.

What it means is that this has similar guts to an RS-97 portable console. Access to the SD Card also means that you could possibly get OpenDingux running on it if you're interested in hacking. (Not that I think anyone is interested. Most interest is focused on the RS-97 and RS-07.)
This console is model number RS-89 (http://www.szrenshun.com/product.asp?idd=99&ids=3&SortID=17&id=17&ord=100&f_1=3). I suspect it's not a bad device. It's got the latest version of the MIPS CPUs that CoolBaby has been using.
If you are interested, however, I would nudge you toward the slightly newer RS-93 (http://www.szrenshun.com/product.asp?idd=90&ids=3&SortID=17&id=17&ord=100&f_1=3). If for no other reason than it's a bit more space efficient. And the few reviews there have been are positive.
You might also consider an RS-07 if you want a self-contained arcade system that you can hook up to your TV. Bit more expensive, but a lot more versatile. Plus, I expect there will be supported OpenDingux firmware in the future. You're not likely to get that with the RS-89 or RS-93.
