Solution to cracked screen TV-out menu navigation.

Accidentally cracked one of my RS-97 screens while cleaning it. These are unfortunately frail :(. I figured since I still have the device, might as well leave it hooked up to a TV to use. Problem is, TV-mode is not automatic when hooked up via AV. The solution is to input keys blindly to access the settings and enable TV-mode. These inputs are for VANILLA firmware. If someone wants to add the solution to the other firmwares, please do.

Fresh boot the console so that it is on the default starting menu position. Next, press Left, A, Up, A. At this point it should start TV mode.

If it still doesn't work, then press Up and then A one time to switch from PAL to NTSC mode.

If it still doesn't work, check your cable connections. The 3.5mm cord needs plugged firmly into the console, and the yellow AV cord should go into the yellow or blue AV port on your TV.

Hope this helps at least one person!

On a side note, anyone know where to find cheap replacement 3.0 screens? :P
