hello all,

I been digging for a solution on pretty much every single thread related to firmware or the issue itself but nothing is working for me so far.

I have what I believe to be a rev. 2.1 with 16GB SD card and I tried all sorts of firmware version, using universal patcher tool but nothing makes the flickering go way on this revision.

I have another unit (3.0 16GB) and the firmware "Firmware_v1.6_new30_JZ4760B.img.7z" works great out of the box.

please help!

thanks.

That is not surprising at all. Some emulators are still suffering from flickering.
We are aware of this issue. Tony will release a newer CFW with a fixed ReGBA for new units.

those are great news! I noticed the flickering on pretty much any game on the NES emulator and some other emulators too.

Btw, in these days, is there any advantage to go for the 2.1 units? I more than happy to buy just rev 3.0 however not all sellers advertise the revision of the RS-97's that they sell.

For me the Screen-Flickering with the NES Emulator went away when i changed the Scaling-Mode in "Settings"->"Video Settings" to "FS Fast".
