RetroFW 2.3 release candidate 2

Tested on my RG_Plus v1 and working fine.
I already the previous WIP build installed, so only needed to replace "rootfs.squashfs"without requiring reimaging.
For some reason, this file is much smaller (56.5MB) than the previous WIP build (68.6MB)!

Any reason to update if currently using RetroFW 2.2?? (Which is working fine for me)
