That's basically a PocketGo in a GBA SP form factor. Which is either a good or a bad thing depending on your personal bias. If you loathe any device that exhibits screen tearing, then it's not for you.
Personally I still love my PocketGo very much, it's a practical basic device that does an amazing job for $30 IMHO. The CFW alleviates the screen tearing (much less noticeable). I take it with me when I have the kids around, its light but sturdy, and also for quick pickup & play sessions.
My first handheld ever was a silver GBA SP, so I fell for the V90, took the orange one, and I'll try to customize it with a Metroid theme. I've already cloned my PocketGo SD, first thing I do when I receive it is swap the SD and turn it on
