OD Beta ports/apps/stuff

I have reached stable state for my scummvm port, and opened a PR to upstream it

Through some non-official addons to beta, I'm able to stream the midi to a very competent MT-32 emulator called mt32-pi (that seems pretty favored by MISTer nuts) over wifi, just a demo here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jltje9USGgY

Scummvm has merged my PR, so opendingux beta port is now official and upstream.

The next 2.5.1 stable release will include it, for now anyone can build it himself either from master to get the latest code, or from branch-2.5 to get the stable branch one.
