Is that "superbuy" reliable? Ordered a replacement RS-97 case earlier but a bit wary of spending $48.

Yeah, I'd really like to know how it preforms. Personally I have a bunch of questions and concerns and also want to know how it stacks up against the RS-97.

For emulators the RS-97 runs fine but I have 2 big issues. ReGBA is full of comparability problems and glitches, I'm afraid to play long games/RPG's because I never know if a GBA game will glitch out. SNES is fine all around but any game with a chip like Yoshi's Island, Kirby or Mario RPG runs like crap. I'd be nice if either of these were addressed.

The biggest downside however to my RS-97 is that it has a weird issue where when I press the X/Y buttons little ripples appear on the top right corner of the screen. I assume this is a universal issue? I hope to god that doesn't happen on the LDK, it's very distracting and I primarily play games on the Bittboy(stock firmware) now because of it.

For the LDK itself, I don't see a menu button, little annoyed if we have to back to start + select, those buttons often do stuff in game. I like the portability but the buttons are too close to the bottom IMO. I wouldn't mind if the plastic shell was an extra inch or so longer below the buttons but I haven't held it though so maybe it is comfortable this way.

I'm sure everyone else has their own personal concerns too. I am excited for the LDK but a bit apprehensive and eager to learn more.

Can JZ4760B really clock up that high?  :o

Personally im pretty dissapointed with how the rs97 performs in the snes department. I just want something actually pocket sized that plays snes if not perfectly, then damn close.  If this wont do any better ill most likely skip it.

Read through a few of these. They're happy with the screen, buttons and performance compared to some other handheld.

Only negative review mentions the awkward trigger button placement and the colour of the yellow plastic being odd/ugly/not as described.

Maybe that would be the case if the CPU runs at a higher clock rate and the device could be outfitted with faster RAM, but there's not going to be much of a difference in terms of speed between an Ingenic JZ4760 or a JZ4760B SoC. This feels a lot like hearsay and unsubstantiated claims.

I think we also need to clarify that none of these devices actually run OpenDingux. Legacy Dingux is a much more likely possibility.
