Couldn't access the internal on ubuntu either iirc. I have my Gopher up for sale and haven't used it since I posted last.

So is this the same firmware as sauce/gameblabla released for the arcade mini i.e gmenu etc? If so then I'll be all over it! :)

Sigh I'm being dense here but what do I do with the img file? I wrote it to a SD card with Win32 Disk Imager and started the Gopher 2 but it boots to the official firmware.

I even tried flashing with the usbtool but nothing happened (think that only works with .bin files). HELP!

I got it going eventually but it got stuck at 91%. I disconnected and it seems to work fine! I love it! I absolutely hate dmenu so this is much better.

very cool do you still need win 7? my version of the gopher 2 has a 4GB NAND, will this still work?

Yes still requires Win 7....the usb tool software likes Win 7 and also needs its driver to be installed.

Ok cool mine stuck @ 91% too lol, how long before you unplugged the unit?
