Coolbaby X16

Finally I have received the new Coolbaby X16 and I tested it. These are my impressions:

-Controls are great
-Global construction looks solid and a little better than rs-97
-L and R buttons are the best part of this console.
-Performance looks a little better than rs-97
-Screens is so nice. Big (7'') and good colors for a chinese console
-Firmware is terrible

-Emulators:
GBA: all games work
NES all games work
SNES: 90% games work. Performance is better than rs-97.
CPS1: all games work
CPS2: 50% of the games work. For example the ones that work fine: Capcom Sports club, Trash Rally. Problems with emulation: Neodrift out, street Fighter Alpha 1 and 2. Don't work: Street Fighter Alpha 3

-Megadrive emulator don't work fine. console open the game but there are a lot of problems with 90% games. Performance problems.
-I tryed to open rs-97 emulators (.dge) and console don't recognize the files
-Don't open any pc engine game

*All Games Work* Seems really generalized, and unlikely.

Did you try to rename te roms to smd or bin? Or just extract the zip files?

Review up from RetroCore - looks pretty meh and will probably melt your SD card. He got Megadrive roms working though:

The GBA resolution looks terrible on that screen.

I have tried and the performance is great!

This console has better construction materials than rs-97 but bad optimizated software. Megadrive roms work but the sound crash in some roms and the performance is so bad.
