you don't actually need to go into the bios for anything, though there are a couple options in there that may interest you, not sure what it's called but one is for the SSD that presumably makes it run cooler.
but for wattage, just do all that through intel XTU, install, restart, then use.
Windows 10 defaults to english.
Do a virus scan on it with like, bitdefender or something, there were some very rare cases of malware, but that was only early units and it was probably like, 1/1000.
as far as performance tweaks, that's all XTU related stuff.
there are some graphics settings you can play with, like turning off AA/AF and Vsync, but those options are generally pretty limits, there's no nvidia-inspecter like programs for intel that i can find for fine tuning graphics settings.
