Postal 2 problem - GPD Win

Ok Postal 2 installed and started but I have 2 problems

1 - the screen flips to portrait but only for Postal, if I go back to desktop it is in landscape.
I already locked the device to landscape mode when I set it up so don't know why this 1 game goes sideways.
Just got it to start normally but in a window, make it maximised window/fullscreen and it goes portrait.

2 - I can't get the control sticks to do anything, I enabled joystick in the menu of the game.
Any ideas?

Disclaimer: I don't have a WIN

1. You can try the method for fixing Sonic Heroes near the bottom of this page:

2. The WIN can switch between PS3/XBOX360 control modes can it not? I'd recommend changing it and trying. It could be Postal 2 doesn't like joysticks and you may have to look around for a fix. You might need to go in a manually edit a config file or something.

Cheers will try Sonic fix.

I tried both control options and neither worked.
I'll have a more detailed attempt when I have screen corrected.
