Haven't tried Hearthstone but knowing it's requirements it will run fine (hell, the beta was running fine in a 4 year old Acer Atom based tablet).

World of Warcraft runs fine in low-mid settings

I have done tethering in the past with other systems. It ranges between "almost like running on wifi" and "useless dial up connection" depending on many factors. Your signal in different places will vary a lot; also the number of data users connected to the same antenna in your area. So, while it works, it is unreliable.

As reference, I was able to stream Street Fighter V in a playable way from my PC at home via 4G to my GPD XD
