It's ok to keep Windows auto update on on a GPD Win 2 right?

Hi. Just got a GPD Win 2. I read somewhere about disabling Windows auto updates. If the only reason to do that is performance related, I'd rather have the updates. If I leave auto updates on, could it potentially mess up something like the display or gamepad driver? Thanks.

It's better to disable the auto update. You can do that with enabling metered connection. You can still update Windows 10 if you want to but when you're ready to do that and not when Windows 10 thinks it should be done.

Disabling auto update is easy. Disabling upgrading is more tricky but it can also be done.

In fact you can't really ban Window update, Windows will update automatically in background, what can really ban updating that's must Windows pro.
