Here's my video tutorial for ScummVM with Munt to use Roland MT-32 sound without sound glitches. This works well for the GPD Win and it was also the reason why I needed a fix for this.

I also needed a fix for the slow read/access times. Making a RAMDisk and run the games from it fixes this. I'm using ImDisk Toolkit for this.
