AMD Stoney Ridge- good for a Windows/SteamOS gaming tablet?

2 "big" cores, 192 graphics shaders, 6 watt power draw, 64 bit memory bus- basically sounds like an x86 version of the Tegra K1. http://wccftech.com/amds-stoney-ridge-performance-market-positioning-detailed/ Could be great for a Q9 type device, right?
