Working Raiden, Raiden Fighters, and Raiden Fighters Jet for 0.139 set

Hi Everyone,
Does anyone know where I can find a working Raiden, Raiden Fighters, and Raiden Fighters Jet for MAME4Droid?  It has to be a 0.139 rom set.  I can get them to work but the sound is really messed up.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

They are messed up with MAME 139, since sound was not yet perfected until later in the MAME 140 versions.
