This is the GPD official shop.
https://gpdshop.aliexpress.com/store/1281164?spm=2114.12010615.0.0.218ab73e0bTXz4

They don't have any listed right now but send them a message (left hand column, underneath "Store Categories" and in "Service Center") and they might be able to help.

If anyone has any pictures or video about how to disassemble the GPD  Q9, and change replacement buttons, please share!

Thanks,
Roland

It's easy. Pry it part starting around the shoulder buttons (don't lose them when it comes apart) and unscrew the boards where the buttons are.

It is literally the easiest thing to open. Just be gentle with the ribbon cables on the button boards since if you screw them up you're pretty much up shits creek.

That sucks to hear. I got a spare set awhile ago when the plastic that holds the ABXY buttons together internally broke, so my X button frequently gets pushed into the case. Likewise my dpad broke completely and is now currently a dab of hot glue on the head of a screw. I have a replacement but it's for the PSV not the original Q9, so the dpad is very slightly different and incompatible.

You're just going to have to be clever with fixing it.

The same happened to me! The internal plastic broke on the A button. I fixed with a glue, but i dont know how long will it last?

Do you have replacement for Q9PSV? My device is also the same model. If you had more pieces i would buy one.

No I used my replacement buttons already. I only have the dpad which I'm saving for later to fix properly. I'm been trying to think of a better way of fixing the ABXY buttons and the only thing I can think of is maybe taking a thin piece of plastic (thinner than a credit card so it bends) and glueing each button to it.

It's a pretty shitty design on GPD's part.

If anybody is interested in, i found GPD Q9 Buttons Set Pack available on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Set-de-Botones-para-Consola-GPD-Q9-Buttons-Set-Pack-Gamepad-Boton-/291940731931?hash=item43f9060c1b:g:dRQAAOSwcLxYJwsE

The product is marked as a Q9 set, but i hope it is Q9PSV compatible for buttons.

UPDATE:
I got a message from ebay, that my order is canceled, because the item is sold out...
