I really like the design and button feel of the gpd g7 (I have the g7a version).
But, the screen is super poor, extremely cheap, barely visible if you hold it tilting away slightly during the daylight.
The analog and the buttons however are beyond good, especially with the dpad slightly modified!!
What i'd like to do (ive had a look inside both of these consoles) is basically transfer the insides of a jxd 7800b to put them inside of the gpd g7a.
Is this even possible? Soldering would be required, possibly making new buttons.. but thats about as far as i can guess. software wise im not sure if the analogs can be "swapped" without maybe configuring them and all that..
just wondering if this is even possible? im willing to give it a go and post pictures of the progress if anyone has any experience or advice?
