how to flash 3.4.7 firmware from scratch

hello

i have the GPD XD already to v 3.4.7

i maded a factory reset, but i lost all emulators/games preinstalled

i tryed flashing the same firmware 3.4.7 with sd card and offline upgrade, but the preinstalled emulators/roms not come back....
i used this
