GPD XD - Draining Battery - USB not recognized
« on: May 14, 2018, 08:55:22 am »
For those techies out there I need help.

I have this log from a GPD XD: https://pastebin.com/eJ0KSCwy

It is draining the battery and hot to touch. The usb isnt recognized and it takes me a good while to get it into flash mode so i can reinstall legacy.

It is probably 99% harnware. Using this log can you guess as to what is causing it?
Ganna try to talk to gpd so they can replace.

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see anything causing such a thing in the logfile. Just the hwcomposer nagging about lcdc and some input inconsistencies with the dpad. nothing major.

Is that a logcat log?

Maybe there is something in the kernel ringbuffer
try running "dmesg" as root in terminal and post the output.
