I think it is power and then vol+. Like hold power then vol+ quickly.

with a big effort of reboot times my xd plus are booted on clean rom any tips for bug disapeared?i will try drain the battery completely and reboot when i have bug for the first i was set cpu to performance on device charged i think.

They only just released the update, I'm sure it will be included in a future release.

Hi,

I just got my XD plus a day ago and flashed CleanRom 1.10.0.3 tonight.

Everything looks good, but I just noticed I have no sound. I tried headphones and found that when I plug them in, the speakers start working.

I have now noticed that there is a release note regarding this issue for the XD+ stock rom:

VERSION 1.11 - CHANGES
- Added a bug with speakers (they stopped working, and if you plug-in headphones - then the speakers start to work). The icon on the headphones is always on. If you turn on the headphones, the icon disappears and the sound goes from speakers.

The release note is a little unclear, but I'm assuming they're saying they fixed the bug (and not added it).

I was expecting to see other people reporting this... Is there a Clean Rom version that does not have this issue?

I just flashed CleanRom 1.10.0.2, same problem.

Ok so...

I just opened up an XD+ for someone I am selling a modded version. So it looks like there is a new hardware version of the XD+. Right off the bat I see that they now have a copper heat shield on it. ( very nice ) An now I am thinking the new version has a bug with it. I hope it is not hardware. I installed cleanrom on my older xd and it works great, but once I installed on the new one, the first thing i noticed is the headphone icon at the top. ( there was no headphones attached )

I have brought it up to the dev, he will look into it as soon as he gets time.

For the record, I found a "headset toggle" app in the play store that allows you to manually bypass the hardware switch and redirect the audio to the speakers. The headphone icon at the top stays, but the audio does switch to the speakers. It's not persistent through a reboot, but for now it works around the issue.

First off (before I get into my whining

), I just want to say I've been using this ROM for a few days, and it's been 100% quick and solid. I can't recommend it enough (even despite the headphone audio bug I'm seeing).

As for the headphone audio bug, as I said previously, I found an app in the play store that allows you to manually toggle the audio output between the speakers. However, I quickly discovered another annoying side-effect of the bug: the volume buttons don't work correctly.

When you click on VOL-/VOL+, it brings the audio slider up on-screen as expected, HOWEVER, the buttons result in an adjustment to the phone audio, not the speaker audio. It's not the end of the world, you just have to tap on the down-arrow to expand the audio sliders and adjust the speakers by hand, but it'd be great to have a device that works as expected.

Any idea if a patch for this is on the devs radar? Thanks!
