GPD XD - Accidental Factory Reset
« on: April 17, 2017, 12:48:18 am »
i just recently got the GPD XD and i need help with it ASAP
i hope i can get some help to solve this issue

i screwed up a bit and im feeling like sh*t about it right now because of it
i cleaned up my system with the Ccleaner app and i guess it ended up
deleting the pre installed games on it under the Games tab so i decided
to do a Factory reset thinking that it would restore everything back to the way it
was when i first turned it on but NOPE!! it just ended up deleting MORE
it ended up deleteing all the pre installed Roms under the Emulators tab
for Arcade, N64, SFC, DC and PS1 so i was wondering if there was a way to restore the GPD XD to the
same exact way as it was when i first turned it on and used it with all the pre installed Roms
and games from the Google Play Store i've searched Google and it didn't really help much
with my problem im like freaking out about this issue and i feel like such an idiot for
screwing it up so i really hope that someone can help me out id appreciate it alot!
i want my GPD XD back to it's original state i'd feel SO much better after if it can be restored
back to the way it was when i first used it

Im assuming you are DevilPunk54  :). If not you are in the same situation.
Ok why don you go into your GPD XD settings and look under [ About tablet ] at the bottom.
Then check : [ Build number ] again at the bottom. should see XD-EN-V  whatever. let me know what version you have.

Again I suggest installing LegacyRom but we can get you back to normal if that is what you want.
