An updated G5A, designated "+" will be releasing soon in limited quantities. The upgraded model will sport an IPS screen and 2GB or RAM according to Calvin Zhang (Kelvin Zhang), Director of sales at GPD.

Why not more system memory? Gapps are every update increasing size, and they can only work on this storage.

I have an older phone that gets full with these, practically lol

(It would be nice to install those in internal memory but app2sd can't help with this)

The GPD-G5A as the option to choose internal or external as your main install location natively with out any
Modification so drop a big card in the SD slot and set you main to external

does the form factor will be the same as GPD-G5?

Because, the GPD-G5A's form factor previously shown was awful (in my opinion of course...)

Probably yes. About the form factor, is different, some people love it, some people hate it. I personally find device very confortable and nice to hold for playing.But i undertsand othr people prefier a Vita knock-off form factor or something like that.

I hope it stay's the same I like it and glad it don't look like a vita lol, I agree the previous version of the G5 looks a bit

As far as I know, there will be black version I think, including black version of "standard" g5a. I prefer black or dark grey colour too. I hope they remove the Gamepad letters though xD

I don't like the way the G5A looks at all but it is very comfortable to hold, pretty much like an XBox 360 pad with a screen in the middle. I have been playing a lot of GTA Vice City and it feels more like playing it on a console than a handheld, in fact it actually feels much better than playing it on PS2 which is some acheivement for a ?70 console.

It is a bugger ugly console though IMO! If they could make it a bit slimmer without compromising on comfort then it would be even better.

You can install gapps in sd? I'm amazed. Is this exclusive to some devices or what? I meean, rhe option on my devices to move to sd card isalways greyed out.
