Small Update.

So after posting my story here on May 11th I received a refund within an hour I would say, BUT it was pending. As of today Paypal sent me this message.

Purevision Productions = Dreamesper

"An eCheck payment from Purevision Productions   was declined by the sender's bank. We will automatically try to process this payment again in 3 business days. It then usually takes 3-5 days for the money to be deposited into your account. Please do not ship items until you receive payment."

Still hoping I get the money back.

To be honest, someone who is selling electronics like this should be more responsible. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

You should close your store and get out of this business. Maybe try something different.

Have you not filed a complaint with Paypal? Enough complaints and they'll freeze his account.

Lol, congrats...but why the need for an escalation just to get a little bit of money back?
I mean, it's not millions of dollars we're dealing with here.
Also, did the thief refund you or did PayPal eventually have to step in and force the refund via Buyers Protection?
