I don't want to sound much discouraging about teo slots for microSD, but unfortunately the tendency in Android is to limit the use of microSD, in favour of more unified layout and use of datamedia. In fact, Kitkat is already limiting to some extent the use of microSD cards, and it's not possible at the moment to swap primary and seconday sdcards. It's the main reason to continue using 4.2.2 for me. Kitkat is good for some things, a step back in others in my opinion.

USB charging please dont make us use adapters.

+1 to remove internal memory for user installed apps, its cheaper for us to just use a high speed 64gb micro SD.

WAAAAIIIIITTT!!!!
The best thing is having two ways to charge the devie, via dedicated power port, and via USB.

is bad when a device only charge by USB, because this way, you have some troubles if you want to use the device with some usb accesories such pendrives, usb controller, etc, and at the same time charge the device. (typical usage when you connect your device to your TV, and work as an Android set top box)

Think in this situation. you want to play a Mame game on your TV. Connect a MicroUSB Hub, and plug a USB controller, USB mouse and USB keyboard on it.
Your device run with low battery power.
What you do in this situation if you only can charge via USB?

one alternative may be power supply the HUB, and with some lucky, the HUB charge the device too (but not always occur this)

the best choice is to plug the power charger in the specific port, and keep your USB Hub with all your devices connected (in fact, this is the way i use my devices)

in another hand, is bad when the device come only with power port to charge. I have my JXDS7800B that only charge via power port, and my charger broked, and i can?t charge this because i don?t have another charge with th same kind of connector. (well, i made a cable really, but normal users most probably will not create this cable)

the best choice is adding dedicated port for charging, but with the choice of charging via USB too.

greetings!

Agreed. USB port is for connecting things, power port is for charging. You can always buy a USB to 2.5mm cable and charge from USB anyway so you have the best of both worlds - charging from a USB source and a free port to connect peripherals.

no no, this is not what i mean...

i mean having BOTH ways to charge: USB and Power connector.

in the same way as GPD-G5A, JXDSS7300B, JXDS5110B,etc...  do.

On those devices USB charging is slow though, plus there is no need for it really as with a USB to 2.5mm cable you have the same charging capability. For some reason there seems to be an issue with having both as full speed charging options on these consoles, don't get me wrong I am not against using USB charging I just think a seperate power input is preferable.

Also if you're using USB devices a lot it puts strain on the port (especially if it is micro and not mini), my S7300 USB port broke and I was glad it had a seperate 2.5mm jack as I could still use it.
