2.4Ghz GPD XD game streaming

I am interested in getting the GPD XD but have a couple of questions.

1. I'm really interested in getting the GPD XD for emulations and game streaming. Currently, I have an 802.11n router but am going to update to 802.11ac soon. I noticed the GPD XD doesn't have 5ghz.  Will moonlight be stable at 720p even on 2.4ghz. I currently don't have an android device to test it.

2. On a related note, what is 802.11ac 2.4ghz? I thought 802.11ac was 5ghz only?

you can play without problems.
of course, you can?t play at 1080p/60fps, even 720p/60fps, but streaming at 20p/30fps is enough for most people
this depends on what you expect on the gamesteraming.

for references, check the following samples i grab with the device. if you watch the following viddeos on any 5" screen in fullscreen mode, you will get a near feeling on how the gamestreaming can be resolved.
note: i'm using a normal PLC with wifi device for connectivity. I'm playing with a 30~35mbs connection.

What kind of router are you using 802.11ac? Is there a lot of interference from other routers? I live in an apartment guiding.
