Must admit , the campaign on Indiegogo is doing very badly - 14 backers in over 4 days - one day there was zero backers. I can't help but feel the timing for the campaign couldn't be any worse. GPD leaked plans for the XD2, then the WIN is also on Indiegogo. Not a good idea to do a XD 128GB Indiegogo in the middle of that. Should have happened first, before announcing an up coming XD2 or doing the WIN Indiegogo.

Anyway, it is what it is. Have you thought about ways to get more publicity for the campaign?.
I have written to Liliputing agian - not sure if they will run the story, we will see.

Really thanks for your huge support for us!!Yes.I am agree with you.this campaign is not going well currently.I admit that it seems we are too rush.But since the campaign has already been generated.So we still want to try our best to reach the goal.Really appreciate with you help that written our story to Liliputing!!This must will help us a lot!!

Since almost 30 days have gone by in the campaign with only 18 backers , is GPD still going to make these ?

It looks like you will end up with about 30 backers by the time the campaign ends.

Just found out about GPD XD2. Now I am torn. Should I wait or get the 128gb XD? And what about a GPD Q9 2. THE Q9 layout is my fav. Give me a Q9 with the guts of the XD and I will buy 20 of them.

No, the q9 has a partition memory. There is a 4gb internal and a 16gb nand memory. Games get installed on the 4gb internal first. You can imagine how fast and useless this is. Give me a Q9 with 64gb integrated and l3/r3 and I'm in love also

For me, performance is key. Most XD users have a 128gb card, so for the most part storage is not the issue. But then, that would be stepping into XD2 area. Or an XD running a Snapdragon 820 - I know I'm dreaming.

question... why you want a snapdragon on a gaming device? (it's only curious)

The snapdragon 820 performs very well, but I don't think they can make a low cost device with a snapdragon 820. Or at least a price more or less similar to the current X_D

The big data of the games are installed in internal SD in q9, but you can make microSD as the internal SD. I personally never had problems of space with q9. You can also use folder mount to games to microSD

Like Skelton said, the Snapdragon is a very tidy performer. It's performance is a marked improvement over the Rockchip. However, the SOC is expensive flagship material.

You can swap the internal and SD card around in the settings

This is true for games installed from the play store. I have a ton of apk files I got from side loading and humble bundle. These can't be moved. I have tried everything.

You can increasde data partition as you want extracting parameter and editing file in any rk3288 device:

The Indiegogo campaign for the 128GB GPD XD has just finished.

It seems only 20 people backed it , and it only raised $4,458

I thought about it, but the xd is too small for my meet hooks. Hands cramp up after 30 min or so.
