I have bouth plenty of times without problems, but what you say is not normal, it should be shown as "processing". Did you receive an email with the order confirmation? I usually get two emails: one from paypal and one from geekbuying with the order acknowledgement.
Anyway, as mentioned, I havent had any issues with them, but I am going to check now how do they perform when there is a problem. My GPD screen is dying, totally unplayable now. It pisses me off that the screen passed GPD QC even if the issue must have been obvious to any inspector.
I bought it on the release date, for 30 dollars more than what it costs now. If I have to pay the shipping I will almost have paid what 2 of these things cost today. And who knows when and in what condition will I received the replacement console, if I will have to pay import/export taxes again, etc...
Not GB fault really. It is just that based on my own experience, there always problems with GPD consoles.
Sorry about the rant, I have to vent out the frustration.
